It somewhat increases Atp/Pc-Capacity, or Power-Endurance, it's alkalizing(that's excellent !;-) and it's good for the brain.


All around: Thumbs up, cool stuff !;-)
It's not included on the Soccer Supplements Page because Creatine is not a MUST, like magnesium and zinc for example.
Nonetheless, it's definitely ok to use it.</description>
